What is the hottest issue concerning today’s women? I'm kind of opposed to this question, because it lumps all women together and implies that there is a hierarchy of sorts in regards to addressing the myriad of challenges facing women in our many diverse and complex struggles. But if I had to answer, I'd go with a general lack of social justice.

Issues of personal choice whether in the form of reproductive rights, the right to love and marry another woman (and other rights that should also belong to those identifying as Lesbian, Bi, Gay, Transsexual...), and also the right (not in the legal sense but in terms of social rules) to choose how to live your life whether that is the decision to have or not have kids, work or not work/work or not work as a mother and more.
