Sue Gerrans is from South Africa and works as the Executive Assistant to the Director. She also sits at the front desk and manages millions of behind the scene activities.

Zvezdana Kish is the Fiscal Specialist. She is responsible for managing all of the budget, finance, procurement as well as human resource activities of the Center. Zvezdana received her B.A. in 1994 from the Evangelical Theological Seminary in Osijek, Croatia. She first came to the University in 2001 as a member of the Aquisitions Department in Alderman Library, and accepted her current position with the Women’s Center in fall of 2003. Zvezdana lives at Lake Monticello with her husband Alex, and their two daughters, Natasha and Aniko.

Lauren Russo is the Assistant to the Associate Director.

Katy Shively is a Graduate Student working on Iris Magazine.

Meghan Baer is the Outreach Coordinator for YWLP.

Connie Chang is the webmistress. She joined the Center staff in spring of 2006. She is a Pre-Vet undergraduate in the College of Arts and Sciences.

Erin Conroy is the Undergraduate Events Coordinator. She has one year of experience planning, coordinating, and executing Women's Center events. She aids the graduate event coordinator in managing events interns and meeting all deadlines in order to put on the Women's Center's signature events.

Shannon Gorman is the Assistant to the Director of Mentoring and Diversity Programs. She has one year of experience aiding in the planning and implementation of initiatives in the Diversity and Advocacy program at the Women's Center. She works especially with the Center's international programs.
