Why did you decide to join the Mens Leadership Project?
Kids their age [middle school] are much more energetic and genuine than most people I'm around all day, plus I love that I get to combine two of my passions: mentoring youth and community building.

We are thrilled to introduce our Graduate Assistant for our Mens Leadership Project, Jack Thorman!

Jack will be helping our Big Brothers plan activities for their Little Brothers, as well as playing a role in evaluating the program as a whole.

Undergraduate men wanted!  Join the Men's Leadership Project today and learn what it's like to watch a kid bloom into a leader.  MLP is an innovative community-based leadership development and mentoring program designed to build and reinforce authentic and responsible leadership capacities of both undergraduate men and middle school boys. MLP accomplishes this mission by training and pairing a diverse group of undergraduate men with a select group of seventh grade boys.
