Mosaic Mandala Drawing | 1515 University Avenue | 1:00 – 4:00 pm
Mandalas, utilized by many ancient peoples and religions, are a considered to be representative of the individuals who make them. In fact, psychoanalyst Carl Jung has called the mandala “a representation of the unconscious self.” The very nature of creating a mandala is therapeutic and symbolic. In this workshop, survivors of trauma are invited to draw their own mandalas, and if they wish, their work may be replicated on a mosaic wall that will be installed at the back of the Maxine Platzer Lynn Women’s Center. Materials will be provided.

Co-sponsored by the Maxine Platzer Lynn Women’s Center, Student Athlete Mentors, and Third Year Council
