Women's Center Advisory and National Councils
Women's Center Advisory Council
The University of Virginia Women's Center Advisory Council was established in the early 1990's and draws its membership from the University and Charlottesville communities. In 2004-05, the Advisory Council worked with the Center to articulate its core values, evaluate its programs, solicit leadership annual gifts, provide education and outreach, and celebrate and support women at the University and beyond.

Women's Center National Council
The newly created University of Virginia Women's Center National Council has members from throughout country. In 2004-05, the National Council organized events in key alumni cities and provided assistance to the Center's long range planning process. As its membership grows, the National Council will evolve to meet the ever-changing needs of the Center.
