Five Body Affirmations to Start and End your Day

Hi everyone! As the month of March comes to a close, here are some body positive affirmations you can use to round out the month and look onward to April. I like to use a new affirmation each day, repeating it five times in the morning and five times at night. I hope these affirmations bring you some peace and light.

  1. I am perfect, complete, and whole just the way I am.
  2. My body is worthy of love and respect.
  3. I am allowed to take up space.
  4. I love my body as it is today.
  5. My body radiates beauty and kindness.
