As a transfer student, I was looking for a meaningful way to get involved in the UVA community. I knew I wanted to be a part of an organization that promotes such great resources and creates awareness.

2.    What is your favorite memory of UVA thus far?

My fondest memories are from the dinners and events with the La Maison Francaise at UVA. The house has a really wonderful community, and living there was the highlight of my time at UVA.

3.    Who is a woman that inspires you?

Alexandria O’Casio Cortez.

4.    What is one thing you do after a stressful day?

I make sure that I can spend at least 15 minutes outside in nature.

5.    How does your work for the Women's Center motivate you?

Being able to provide education and promote change in our community is very inspiring. Being a Women’s Center intern constantly motivates me to seek equity and justice in all arenas.

6.    What’s a podcast or TV show that’s grabbed your attention recently?

I’ve been enjoying the podcast “The Alarmist.” The historical content and comedic storytelling are really fun.
