Indulge in self-care as you sink into 60 minutes of deep release and relaxation in this restorative yoga class, sponsored by the Contemplative Sciences Center. Guided meditation and gentle breath work are interwoven to help you center within your practice. This is a non-flow class accessible to all shapes, sizes, and ability levels. FREE and open to all.
