. . . . . . .

Elizabeth Zintl was a writer and journalist who served in several capacities at the University of Virginia, including the Chief of Staff in the President’s Office, until her death in 1997. The Elizabeth Zintl Leadership Award was created in her memory to honor her extraordinary leadership and service to the University. The award is made possible through the generosity of David A. Harrison III, a devoted friend of Elizabeth’s and a great benefactor of the UVA Law School, School of Medicine, the University Library, the Athletics Department and numerous other entities and initiatives on Grounds.
