We recognize that this year has been incredibly difficult for many of us for a whole host of reasons that are pandemic related and not. During this first ever Virtual UVA Summit on Radical Healing on April 9th from 12-2:30pm, we want to offer a space to start unpacking everything that has happened. 

This event will feature Keynote Speaker Carina Buzo Tipton. Carina is a PhD student in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies who focuses on feminist institutional change and uses Black, Indigenous, and women of color and Queer brilliance to inform her work. During sign ups, you will have an opportunity to select a few topics you would like to engage in during round-table discussions with other attendees after the keynote speech. We will end with a panel on different approaches to radical healing. There will be short breaks throughout to encourage self care. You can sign up here.
