1. What brought you to the Women's Center?

When I heard about IRIS magazine my first year, I thought it was a fantastic publication and I wanted to write for them. Joining the intern team has been a fantastic way to write about subjects I'm passionate about and work with a really awesome group of people!

2. What is your favorite memory of UVA so far?

Going to home football games with friends!

3. Who is a woman that inspires you?

My mom! I love how she is always radically herself, and she inspires me to always stay true to myself and my values.

4. What is one thing you do after a stressful day?

I usually go to the gym or do yoga

5. How does your work at the Women's Center motivate you?

The amazing and talented team of writers I work with inspire me to bring the same passion and creativity into my writing, so we can publish engaging and important stories for the UVA community.

6. What is a podcast/TV show/book, etc. that's grabbed your attention recently?

I'm currently trying to finish War and Peace by Leo Tolstoy!
