What is More or Less?
It's our e-news for UVA students! We know that some weeks you really can make the most of all that UVA has to offer. Other times, your many commitments are looming larger than usual and you are only looking for ways to fortify yourself. As a UVA student, More or Less offers you a guide to your options for doing little more or a little less over the next couple of weeks. Look for More or Less on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month to stay informed about the events, opportunities, and resources that are here for you at the Women's Center and around Grounds.

Submit to More or Less
When you would like us to include something that your organization or office is doing in More or Less, please use the form below to submit your request. Please note that we publish More or Lesson the 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month during the fall and spring semesters (with occasional adjustments for holidays). Submit your item by the Wednesday before the 2nd or 4th Sunday for inclusion in the next release of More or Less.
This form will ask you for:
- Your name and email address, and the name of your organization or office at UVA.
- The title, date, time, and description for the event or opportunity you would like us to share. Note that the title field is limited to 50 characters and the description field will accept about 70 words (400 characters).
- A link for readers to learn more or sign up for your event or opportunity (or another way for them to learn more such as where to follow your organization on social media or an email address or phone number they can use).
- An image that we will include with your event or opportunity - either an image you are using to promote an event or your organization's logo. (suggested size: width 300 pixels, height 200 pixels)
