Honoring the nation’s Veterans with a Free Veterans Benefits Legal Clinic

Pre-registration for the virtual Clinic is required. There is no fee and no obligation. To schedule a time, Veterans should call (434) 817-2187 or register online at https://bit.ly/2EIBfqA.

The annual Clinic, which will be held virtually this year, is a collaborative service of the Goodman Allen Donnelly Veterans Benefit Group, the University of Virginia School of Law, and the Mexine Platzer Lynn Women's Center at UVA. Participating Goodman Allen Donnelly attorneys are Dan Krasnegor, Nancy Foti, David Lowenstein, and Erin Ralston, all experienced members of the firm’s Veterans Benefit Group. The Group has assisted over 2,000 veterans and their families to navigate the benefits maze, assisting them with unemployability benefits, non-service-connected pensions, increased ratings, earlier effective dates, widow’s benefits, education and home loan benefits, and more.

“Our Veterans have given a great deal to ensure our safety and security,” says Krasnegor, a firm Partner. “Regardless of how, when, or where they served, our Veterans and their families deserve the full range of benefits for which they are eligible.”

The Veterans Benefit Group attorneys serve clients at all stages of the claims process, from the Regional Office to the Board of Veterans’ Appeals, to the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
