From the very first day I stepped into the Women's Center as a volunteer, I felt a sense of home and feeling of welcomeness that was unmatched by any other group on grounds.

2. What is your favorite memory of UVA so far?

My favorite memories at UVA are from first-year when my friends and I would spend hours in the dining halls joking around with one another.

3. Who is a woman that inspires you?

My internship supervisor, Taylor Nichols, inspires me. She continues to be an example of a passionate, knowledgable, and driven woman working to make change on issues of sexual violence and inequity.

4. What is one thing you do after a stressful day?

After a stressful day, I love to light a candle and watch a TV show or read a book for fun.

5. How does your work at the Women's Center motivate you?

My work at the Women's Center motivates me because I am inspired by the passion and work ethic of fellow interns working to make positive change in the UVA in broader Charlottesville community. Each day, I am inspired by their ideas, creativity, and aspirations.

6. What is a podcast/TV show/book, etc. that's grabbed your attention recently?

Recently, I have been enjoying a lot of folk and rock music. "Otter", by Caamp has been stuck in my head for months!
