1. What brought you to the Women's Center?

I was drawn to the Women’s Center primarily for the sense of community it offers. Being surrounded by people actively advocating for those who are unable to do so themselves was a crucial factor for me. I found the environment to be not only supportive but also empowering, fostering a space where voices are heard and where mutual support thrives.

2. What is your favorite memory of UVA so far?

Halloween on the Lawn was always one of my favorite memories at UVA. It was incredible to witness the Charlottesville community coming together during this festive event. Seeing the beautiful kids dressed in their most creative costumes was a heartwarming sight.

3. Who is a woman that inspires you?

I am most inspired by my mother because despite her having limited resources and having a traumatic upbringing she managed to transform her life for the better and made it her purpose to ensure her children did not have to face such challenges.

4. What is one thing you do after a stressful day?

Whenever I am stressed I love to just put on my headphones and daydream about an alternate reality.

5. How does your work at the Women's Center motivate you?

My work at the Women Center motivates me because I am actively building and bridging communities through social media by creating an inclusive networking system filled with various community initiatives.

6. What is a podcast/TV show/book, etc. that's grabbed your attention recently?

I am currently deeply interested in this YouTube channel that explores human design and teaches you ways to maximize your success.
